Private Yoga and Meditation

Private Yoga & Meditation sessions can be scheduled with me at Healing Foundations.

Each session includes personalized poses based on your goals and time for meditation.

A 75-minute private session at Healing Foundations is $70.
A 45-minute private session is $55, and semi-private is $75.

Healing Foundations has been serving the Chicago community with Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine and other drug-free therapies since 2011. 

Located three blocks east of Western Avenue in Roscoe Village with on-street parking and CTA bus access, Healing Foundations has practitioners available seven days per week for your health and convenience.
