I fell in love with yoga shortly after my second car accident nearly 20 years ago. At first, it was a tool for helping me increase flexibility and rebuild strength. Later, I discovered the meditative bond that's created between the mind and body with regular Yoga practice. That's when my real healing began— and that evolution and all its benefits are the inspiration and driving force behind my desire to teach Yoga & Meditation to others.

Jennifer is such an inspiration! She embodies, whole-heartedly, everything she teaches and it's impossible to not become addicted to her spirit. As a yoga teacher and meditation guide I couldn't ask for a better mentor; she's patient with my skill level, making me feel like I can do no wrong. I feel like a rock star every time!

I absolutely love going to Jennifer’s yoga classes! They are small, dynamic, and light-hearted—it really allows her to give you great one-on-one guidance. Jennifer has a knack for knowing exactly what each class/student needs.
