This is how I work with you…
I believe yoga is a tool to support anyone’s healing journey, increase body and mind flexibility, rebuild strength; and learn to move with your breath. I believe that blending breath with movement leads to meditation. And I believe that healing happens in movement, breathwork, vibration, and through mindfulness. A meditative bond is created between the body and mind with regular yoga practice which is important because it supports finding mindfulness awareness and learning to love your body.
With all that in mind, we begin with a conversation about YOU: your health & wellness concerns and goals, movements that feel challenging for you, your lifestyle, daily work activities, and how you want to feel.
Then I design a personalized yoga and meditation practice that we do together and for you to practice on your own. Options are available for weekly or biweekly follow-ups with modification suggestions; in-person or Zoom + recording of the session.
